Kool-Aid Play Dough

1 packet unsweetened Kool-Aide

1/4 cup salt

1 1/2 cups flour

Mix together dry ingredients. 

Add:

1 1/2 TBS vegetable oil

1 cup boiling water

Mix and knead until well blended. Store in air-tight container.

 

 

Monster Goo

4 boxes of cornstarch

Green food coloring

water

Add water to cornstarch until gooey consistency. Add food coloring.

BIRD NESTS


 

1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
4 c. (1 large pkg) chow mein noodles
Colored candies, optional                           

                  ***We used Jelly Beans

 

Put chocolate chips and peanut butter in large glass bowl and microwave for 1 minute and then at  30sec. intervals stiring in between until melted. Add noodles to chocolate mixture. Stir to evenly coat noodles. Put golf ball sized spoonfuls on waxed paper. Add colored candies as "eggs" if desired. Let cool. 

1/2 c. peanut butter may be substitued for butterscotch chips if desired.  We made ours PEANUT  FREE

Dirt Cups For Kids Recipe #20808

These are truly a hit with the kids, they are great served at birthday parties! They remind me of the "mud pies" we all made as children, except these are edible!

10 min | 10 min prep

SERVES 8 -10

  1. Also need 8 to 10 (7 oz.) Clear plastic Cups.
  2. Decorations: gummy worms, gummy frogs, candy flowers, chopped peanuts.
  3. Pour milk into a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add pudding mix.
  5. Beat with whisk until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes.
  6. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  7. Stir in whipped topping and half of the crushed cookies.
  8. Place 1 tablespoon crushed cookies into bottom of cups.
  9. Fill cups 3/4 full with pudding mixture.
  10. Top with remaining crushed cookies.
  11. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  12. Decorate with the candy.
